Sleep music
The sleep music is so relaxing to get to sleep every night. Love it Alan your voice is calming and soothing. With bad insomnia and anxiety at night I find this podcast really helps me sleep and calms me through the whole night. I do think the ads wreck the mediation as sometimes when I am sleeping during the night the ad will disturb the mediation and wake me up mid night and I am having to skip the ad.
It’s not what it used to be
I recommend delving into the old catalogue, as newer episodes have an awful, of-putting effect on the voice. I used to LOVE this podcast, but now I can’t listen to it, simply because of the effects used, despite the meditations being great.
