The internet has become a dark place in recent times, so here comes Tracy Ann Oberman and a whole host of celebrity friends to shine a light on what it’s like to be trolled. If you’re finding it hard to engage online about any issue you feel strongly about, and you can't express your opinion because keyboard warriors bully and threaten and attack, then this podcast will be a balm to your soul. Contains swearwords, stories, and absolutely no death threats thank you very much.

Nimco Ali
Tracy-Ann talks to the social activist Nimco Ali, OBE. Co-founder and CEO of The Five Foundation, the global partnership to end female genital mutilation, Nimco talks about her life as an FGM survivor, and how challenging it is in the current echo chambers of social media to not belong to a clear cut political tribe. This has brought her a whole fairly terrifying world of online abuse from both left and right wings, and left her more determined than ever to stand up for what she believes in, and find resolution through conversation.

Dom Joly
This week Tracy-Ann chats to a man who begun his career trolling the people of Great Britain, in the brilliant Trigger Happy TV. Since then he's become a celebrated travel writer and one of our finest twitter wits fielding abuse from across the political and racial divides; he's had both anti-Jewish and anti-Muslim abuse online. He talks shyness, Chris Morris and much more besides. Enjoy!

Customer Reviews
Insightful & serious but also funny
The sheer scale and breadth of the online trolling discussed is quite disheartening, although it’s been interesting to hear how different guests have dealt with it.
It’s curious (and perhaps rather meta) to see some of the trolls posting 1 star reviews on this series here also.
The Dordogne castle tax-haven story is just hilarious!
Looking forward to many more episodes to come (hopefully!).
One of my favourites
Really interesting podcast, I’ve learnt a lot about many different topics. It’s an important conversation to have in this day and age about the impact of internet trolls and social media.
No responsibility
Nice to see Oberman and the rest of ‘pretending not to be a Tory’ Twitter show a complete abnegation of responsibility for the current mess we currently live in. Make no mistake, their part in this won’t be forgotten. Blood on their hands.
