The Sims 4 has changed a lot since we first talked about the 100 Baby Challenge (Ep 008: Line 'em up for Baby-Making), so we thought it was time to provide an updated guide! Caitlin and Jess are going to give you a quick history of the challenge, discuss the packs that will either help or hinder your baby-making spree, and provide invaluable tips and tricks they've learned through their own gameplay (pour one out for Caitlin's sanity).
