Brilliant Podcast

I have started from episode 1 and this is super informative but simple to understand and implement in everyday life. Sugar does so much bad things to our bodies it should come with a warning label!! When I prepare meals or shop I always revert back to this information, and to my why… when you listen you’ll understand 😉 Thanks so much Dani, this podcast will probably change my life for the better, so I’m grateful for you 🥰 x
