Shame about lack of an editor or journo's brain
Series 1 may well have been an interesting tale, but the two presenters 'interview' each other (the lawyer pretends he doesn't know legal stuff that he asked the non-lawyer to answer)in a meandering and repetitive style. It's so unfocused, that the only way I could work out what was going on and remember who was who, was to read stuff online. I gave up in the end.
They're threatening to do a second season. If so, I hope they get an editor with a more journalistic and narrative mind who can mold the episodes into a clear and compelling narrative.
Repetitive and slow
This podcast dragged so much, it was so repetitive and is made worse by the fact there are 2 presenters. They repeat everything that the other one said, and then again and again. Lots of irrelevant information made me completely lose interest.
Vocccccaaalllllllllllllll fryyyyyyyyyy
Repetitive and also vocal fry from both parties makes this unlistenable. So sick of this becoming so commonplace amongst people who chose to create audio content! ;(
