Really looking forward to listening to more of your episodes. The 3rd episode on negative self talk really resonated with me. I’m 41 now and still do it to myself but I am more aware of it now and challenge myself when I find myself doing it. It’s important to recognise it in yourself and be proactive in changing it. Awareness is super important!
