Yay other Britney nerds!
Finally I have somewhere to listen to other people express their love for the queen! haha
We all need more Britney in our lives
Sometimes I have to listen to the song on YouTube to know what they are talking about. Which is a gift in itself. We all need to talk about Britney and I love this podcast! Also Britney is SO deep!!!! So many layers! Such a good podcast! Thanks Jen!
We need to talk about this podcast
Have listened since the start and was thinking oh no and will this be a sycophantic and over the top?. I was pleasantly surprise and is a interesting and light hearted look of the career of Britney but in term also about the sea change in celebrity since the late 90s told bookmarked by each album. I like it is truthful and celebrates what is great about Britney but also honest about now and for me is sadly not the same person she was.
Well worth a listen. Only criticism I have is one episode they had some 20 year on talking about the legacy of a certain album but this was so jarring and to me the wrong kind of guest when talking retrospective about a topic you don’t need someone going “aww so cute” and felt patronising and skipped the episode
