Why Are We Losing Female Leaders‪?‬ The Sticky From The Inside Podcast

The latest Women in the Workplace article, by McKinsey, said women leaders were switching jobs at the highest rates ever, far more than men. And ambitious, younger women were prepared to do the same.  They called it “The Great Break Up”. The report went on to highlight that this could be disastrous for some companies.  Women are already significantly under-represented in senior leadership roles, and now businesses are losing more of them.  Why is that?  What is happening?  What can and should we be doing about that?
