In this episode we speak about her journey to finding herself, navigating relationships as well as friendship, her migration into the big city of London as well the release of her short film  Blue Bird a DIY and entirely self funded short poetic film delving into the practices of love and kinship between four black women, after the duration of a turbulent relationship.

We still have a long way to go to ensure ALL women are safe, hence the importance of this month to SHOUT and amplify our voices for cause that need us!
