Best wrestling podcast around
When I got back into WWE last year I searched high and low for a decent weekly wrestling podcast, and WNS has been the one I have stuck with since. The dynamic between Daniel, Tyler and Doug allows for a subjective and thorough analysis of each weekly show and pay-per-view; three honest guys who lack the moronic, inflated ego of other podcasts I had stumbled across.
From being a young, obsessive wrestling fan in the early 90s, to casual watcher in the early 2000s, I have, thanks to WNS, developed a greater understanding of kayfabe and other wrestling terminology, and have found myself to agree on many of the points put across on each show. The guests have also been really entertaining to listen to, including wrestlers who I had never heard of before listening.
If I had to give any criticism, I cannot say I am a fan of their 'Bound for Oelie' series (sorry), and the crew do occasionally go a little too far off topic... but these are very minor niggles that are easily solved by pressing stop or simply skipping. It may not be perfect, but every episode I have listened to since October 2011 has done anything but disappoint.
Great podcast
This is a fun and entertaining podcast. The hosts are knowledgeable and passionate wrestling fans and they provide smart analysis with humour. A refreshing change from the many negative/angry wrestling podcasts.
Bloody brilliant!
