If you stop and take a pause.
The frantic race you’ve been running,
Will reveal its constricting walls.

Catch your breath long enough,
To see there’s so much more,
Beyond all the accomplishments,
You seem to be running for.

The clear blue skies are visible,
And well within your grasp.

Sleep rejuvenates me
