So we thought we had a weekly routine of podcasting, but for the past three weeks we didn't succeed and we each felt bad about it. We had a catch-up talk this time, a little bit of everything, no really a precise talk about a very specific subject. But we hope you still enjoy it. We sure did.

Eden started a diet because apparently I've been calling her "fat" my whole life. I had to say sorry live on the podcast and it felt weirdly cute. We talked about diets and why we need diets in our lives. Then we went on to talk about what a mental diet is and how our brain actually works just like our stomach. At the end we challenged each other to meditate everyday for the next week. Let's see how that goes.

In this episode we talked about the future. Or, even better: what makes us wake up in the morning, what drives us, what motivates us, what keeps us alive really. We all have our reasons to be alive, and those reasons constantly change. Keeping track of those reasons and working towards them makes the difference between being motivated or not. Being able to talk to your siblings openly about romantic relationships isn't that easy if there is an age gap. But we did it, as always! We ended up sharing our thoughts about what is attractive for us in someone else and why: so is it looks or is it brains? Is it personality? Is it being smart? Let's see.
