what we look at is what we see
We have a fascinating ability as humans to shift our focus, to move our mind in different directions--even back and forth through time. When we feel anxious or stressed, we also have the capability to turn back toward God. Sometimes we have to do this a thousand times in a minute; however, interior freedom and peace are available when we remember to do it.
