    Episode 267: Felix Poyel

    Episode 267: Felix Poyel

Felix Poyel is a passionate Consciousness Coach dedicated to helping individuals navigate their spiritual and personal development journeys. He identifies not just as a coach, but as a spiritual being experiencing life in a human form, continually seeking truth and self-improvement.

Felix's life story is one of remarkable transformation and resilience. In his early years, he grappled with significant challenges, including addiction to smoking, excessive drinking, and pornography. He also faced the complexities of living with Tourette Syndrome and ADHD, which led to periods of severe depression, emotional breakdowns, and chronic physical ailments like debilitating stomachaches.

The dissolution of his parents' marriage when he was just three years old and the relentless bullying he faced at school added to his emotional turmoil. These difficulties culminated in profound personal losses: the death of his father on Christmas Eve when Felix was only 14, followed by the loss of his beloved dog two years later. These experiences left indelible scars and fostered a sense of hopelessness.

Despite these hardships, Felix's journey is a testament to the power of personal growth and spiritual awakening. Through dedicated self-reflection and a commitment to personal development, he overcame his addictions and learned to live in harmony with his conditions. His transformation included a shift from unhealthy, unconscious living to a state of greater awareness and health. He embraced forgiveness, moved past thoughts of self-harm and harming others, and took full responsibility for his life.

Felix's dedication to self-improvement and spirituality has not only healed many of his past traumas but also led him to find love and build the healthiest relationship of his life. He went from feeling stuck in negative patterns and environments to constructing his dream life, marked by continuous learning and self-discovery.

Today, Felix shares his profound journey through YouTube videos, podcasting, and coaching, inspiring others to believe in their ability to change and grow. His story underscores the transformative power of investing in oneself, both in time and resources, and finding the right mentors and community. Felix Poyel exemplifies how a life once filled with despair can be turned into one of purpose and fulfillment through conscious effort and spiritual awakening.
