But no, we still have one more wonderful "toddler" year left with this little cutie! To his credit though, she has been saying she's three for quite a while. But then again, when she was one she claimed she was two! Dada had better catch up to his fast-tracking girl! * * * To say a little about the birthday girl: She is confident, always taking on tasks with a can-do spirit. She is bold, belting out her own lyrics no matter how off key she may be. She is brave, always being the first to investigate any strange noise in the house or to smash a bug intruder. She is generous, always sharing her food and toys even when not asked. She is grateful, always thanking God for her family and food, and saying thank you to others. Lydia is joy, brining her own unique spark to our family. I love and adore my little Lydia Katherine Cameron, and I'm so very thankful God sent her to me. I will try to be the best mama for her, give her the best home, and support her in any way I can so she can grow up to become a strong, God-loving woman.

He really gets them singing in his truck on the way home. Tonight they surprised me and Oli with the classic Christmas carol, Deck the Halls. Oh what a joy it is to have little ones fill our home!

Be the fly on my wall! ******** There are a few things concerning my family that I'm a stickler about. One is eating supper together at the table without any screens on. I absolutely love our time around the table together. It's not always easy with three little ones five and under, but it is absolutely the best! Often when I look at my little ones I really just can't believe they are mine, this is MY family, that God has given me all this love. Many of you know I had a long struggle with depression. In the early months of my first pregnancy my depression vanished. I have frequently attributed my depression to my hormones instead of attitude, but yesterday it came right out of my mouth that gratefulness is the cure to depression. Depression is no doubt controlled by things out of our control, but maybe mine was cured by my gratefulness to be a mother and to have some little person to love and cherish after all. As you listen to my five year old son you can see it would be difficult not to be gratefull for this life. God is so good! #TheSelvaLife #SELVAingles #RealityEnglish #NoScriptEnglish
