We Heart Our Lives is an online community established to empower those suffering from mental illness and suicidality by focusing on emotional, mental and spiritual wellness.
It exists to remove the stigma around mental illness and thoughts of suicide by engaging individuals in open and honest conversations and in turn educate loved ones on how to be supportive.

Mass Trauma & Black Men
How can we better deal with the trauma and emotions we’re experiencing while witnessing black bodies being unjustly killed without consequence, time and time again. During this episode we discuss how to process generational trauma, why black men are suffering most from depression and suicide amongst other topics.
For this first installation of WHOL SESSIONS we’re joined by; Jarell R.O. Myers (PhD) a clinical psychologist, Chinasokwu A. Nworu an occupational therapist and founder of PVOGlobal as well as We Heart Our Lives producer, Gideon Moncreiffe.
