During this episode we share space with Rosa from Flowers by Rose. Rosa (she/ella) is an undocumented individual who co-founded Floreria Esperanza, now known as Flowers by Rose. Rosa began selling flower arrangements through Facebook and Instagram as a creative avenue to fund her education. Rosa was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and came to the U.S. at the age of 6. Rosa attended CSU San Bernardino and faced challenges being eligible for financial aid, and this reality set her on her entrepreneurship pathway.
