Brittni is a Virginia native, currently living in Los Angeles, CA. She loves to share her life experiences to help, encourage and educate others. She manages a household of 3 children, works full time and is married to a serial entrepreneur. At age 25 she fought breast cancer, she has a child with autism spectrum disorder and many other life challenges . She's trying to balance it all while managing her own issues. She's unapologetically herself and honest. She shares her losses as transparently as she share's her wins. Life is hard and it's okay to be honest when things are difficult. Introductory Ramble
This is an introductory episode; I'm sure anyone working from home with kids can relate.
Scene: Kids running wild, while I'm trying to work from home, and the computer crashes; the emotions take over and the anxiety begins.
Instead of giving into the urge to sink into a low place, I decide to decompress by expressing my feelings in real time.
