In this final episode, I talk to Claire Hundsdoerfer, who runs The Little Tea House in Ilkley. She shares how it felt to close the doors of her business when the lockdown began, just before a fully booked out Mother's Day, and tells the story of how she changed the way she served her customers and how that led to the afternoon-tea-in-a-box.
