    through learning of my attachment type I have better understanding of the way my mind and being react to relationship "threats". This has been somewhat of a light-bulb moment. With it comes the idea of letting go of control. Not only of my relationships and what people think of me but also pretty much everything else in life lol. It really is freedom to just rest in the messiness of life without trying to arrange or frantically order for everything to work out okay. It's a practice though, simple but not easy, as always.
