INGREDIENTS:
1 Lb of ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 onion minced
Garlic powder
1 slice of bread soaked in milk
Pinch of cilantro
Variety of your favorite spices
Pepper & Salt
Flour
For the sauce:
1 Tbsp of tomato sauce
½ red pepper
1/2 onion minced
2-3 gloves of garlic minced or sliced
1 green bell pepper
1 glass of white wine
1 teaspoon of beef broth concentrate
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
1 cup of water as needed
