Hello and thank you for listening to the SJDPodCast this morning/evening! The last few months of 2021 were not the best for me, In this episode I talk about how I dug myself out of a deep hole that I didn’t want to come out of. If you enjoy this please share this so more people who struggle with depression/anxiety can dig their self up out of their hole as well just like I did. You don’t have to give me any sort of follow but if you choose to I highly appreciate you and also if you are one of those people who think they are alone just know I love you and that everything is going to be okay those depression states don’t last forever!
