Arrest made in decades-old cold case murder involving UGA law student
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation shared new details in a decades-long cold case involving a University of Georgia student.Tara Louise Baker, a 23-year-old law student, was found dead inside her off-campus apartment in 2001. Firefighters discovered her body after responding to a fire at the home. An investigation determined that the blaze was set intentionally. Authorities are now announcing a break in the case.
