Ageless and Fabulous in Ottawa Podcast is a place where we talk all things related to skincare: treatments, ingredients, trends, types of products, esthetician lifestyle, and more! This podcast can be for anyone who's interesting in wanting to understand their skin, or even a beauty professional that loves to keep their education up to date. Who are we? The Meta Esthétique Studio is a skin clinic located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Established since 1979, sharing our knowledge on skincare is what we do best in order to help our clients achieve healthy skin (plus, a boost of self confidence!) Danielle, Meta's founder, and Emilie, daughter of Danielle, are renowned locally for their pure authenticity and deep knowledge. They love and talk skin all day long, and seeing their clients' skin evolve and change for the better is what makes them thrive! It's now time to share our knowledge online, and you're more than welcome to join us on a weekly basis!

Controlling acne is something that can be frustrating as it's never completely cured and can be influenced by SO many things: hormones, stress, diet, habits, lifestyle, what you use and the list goes on and on... I'm here today sharing my continuous struggles, and HOW I use solutions that always work.
