I love this mediations with the wise words ⭐️ your Dad an I played the podcast after coming in from a long journey on the busy roads and two of us were wrecked when we arrived home we had fish an chips on the way home so when we came in and we lay down on two settees and played your podcast as promised to you earlier and we felt so unwound and relaxed like a siesta nap I feel rejuvenated too now but your dad is snoring away his head off gosh he is loud ha 😀🥰
