Is it all just nonsense and irrational thinking, or are there any valid reasons that superstitions exist and have endured over time? Listen in to learn more about some of our favorite superstitious beliefs and practices, where they came from, and why we entertain them. We also talk about superstitious behaviors that we have done in the past, and ones that we still do in the present, that may be considered completely illogical or ridiculous. We finally made it to Season 2!

Immune Boosting Nice Cream:
Ingredients:
-4 lemons peeled and frozen
-1 frozen ripe banana
-Small piece of fresh peeled ginger
-1/3 cup chilled coconut milk
-1/3 cup lemon juice
-Turmeric powder
-Pinch or black pepper
-Fresh mint leaves
-1 tbsp honey (optional)
Directions:
Blend everything together till creamy
Serve immediately or store in freezer up to 7 days
