A collection of insightful conversations with a variety of different people, as we search for their why, their reasons for being and doing. With the purpose of generating powerful energy meant to be channeled towards something positive, that is bigger than oneself. If that reaches one person, or one thousand others, then the purpose of the show is fulfilled.

Listeners have the opportunity to tune into a conversation as a third party. By being a fly on the wall, you can take what you want and leave what you don’t. Hopefully, whatever you choose to hold on to is able to serve you purposefully.

    Episode Four : BRAVE

    Episode Four : BRAVE

On the fourth episode of the show, we sit down to talk about what being brave entails. Being brave enough to start over after you’ve broken once, twice, however many times. Being brave enough to set ambitious goals for yourself and go out, confident that you are ready to reach them, because you were brave enough to prepare for them. On this episode I am joined by Matt Meyer, a hard-working, diligent person who shows so much integrity and pride in what he does, whether that is running, coaching, cheering, he does so with a passion that is contagious. We discuss his role working with Take The Bridge, how he came upon the running community in NYC, and how he pays it forward to those who are curious about what it’s like to run in this crazy city. Matt is running the 2019 New York City Marathon in a couple of days, and on the show we talked about just how brave he is ready to be on Sunday.

    Episode Three : SEEN

    Episode Three : SEEN

Representation is important. It is crucial in society to feel seen, heard and understood. Many people - more than you would think - struggle with eating disorders on different levels. On this episode, I sit down with Domenica Feraud who wrote and starred in “Rinse, Repeat”, a new show that addresses the sometimes complicated family dynamics around food, and the effect that our relationship with loved ones can have when navigating life and recovery with an eating disorder. We talk about how the play came to be, how Domenica fought continuously in order to have her voice heard, and just how important it is to feel seen by our loved ones, by ourselves, and by society . If we ever hope to find our way as we navigate the struggles, and hardships that we are faced with everyday on the road to recovery, we need to open up space for stories like Domenica's and my own to be heard.

    Episode One : CARING

    Episode One : CARING

The first episode of the show revolves around the theme of taking care of those around us, as well as of ourselves. The responsibilities and expectations that taking care of others bring, and the pressure that comes from being in the position of caretaker. I am joined by Jessie Zapo, a coach for Adidas Runners, and the founder of Girls Run NYC, who is as well an art therapist, and documentarian. Jessie, who plays the part of care taker in most of her relationships, discusses her role during The Speed Project, a humbling experience in the Adidas Infinite Trails World Championships, and how over the years, in different ways, others have provided care for Jessie and how she has learned to let them.
