Aidan Q Ire ,

Superb

As a late to running convert (late 40’s beginner), I’ve gotta say that this podcast is one of the best.
Denny freely shares his valuable running experience and I’ve found it extremely helpful in terms of how I now approach my running and training (and I guess life).
I find Denny Krahe’s podcast, informative emails and Diz Runs Tribe on FB, such a help and encouragement, that it’s like having a personal coach give supportive advice and insight into my running.

His guests and the best and he really digs deep and teases out the subtle aspects and answers to questions that I didn’t even realize were important.
I think Denny’s interviewing style and approach is unique and excellent. Denny’s ‘take away’ thoughts are fantastic.
After digging deep and unearthing so much information which his wonderful guests freely share, Denny shares his take away / salient message which is the ‘golden information nugget’.
He articulates and verbalizes aspects which I didn’t even realize were important - until he said it!!
It’s the little things that are ‘the big things!!’ Superbly informative, motivational and downright helpful!!
Thank you man!
