Multiple doctors did not identify her issues as menopause-related. Facing divorce and other life upheavals, Jean prioritized lifestyle changes like diet and exercise to improve her deteriorating health and wellbeing.
    Symptoms of menopause beyond the common @ 2:12Jean emphasized that the common conception of menopause symptoms is too narrow, with over 100 documented symptoms resulting from hormonal changes. She experienced less common symptoms like mood and personality shifts. Understanding the full spectrum is key to supporting women through this process.
    Hormonal interconnectedness and imbalance @ 5:00Melissa and Jeanne discussed how hormones like estrogen, progesterone, cortisol and thyroid function in interconnection. Imbalances in one hormone disrupt the entire system. They stressed the importance of balancing hormones holistically rather than focusing on single hormones.
    Lifestyle changes for hormonal balance @ 14:17Jeanne advocated lifestyle modifications like nutrition, stress management, sleep and supplements to balance hormones naturally.
