Jay you make me look at my life and the world differently. I simply love your podcasts I feel connected to a community that helps me broaden and grow spiritually and mentally.

I just finished listening to your conversation with Dr. Rangan Chatterjee. Amazing!!! Our minds are not prisons- know it but need to remember it! Reframing experiences truly is a way forward without guilt, resentment and judgement.

I have listened to your book and repeated it a few times when I feel my life needs a lift, I love the way you present the monks' mind makes it easy to understand.
