    In this episode we’ve got Eden Trejo. Eden and I met at “Flow Tribe”, an accountability group doing “Flow” practice. She caught my attention when she mentioned teaching breathing practices to her young child in the chat thread. Eden and I connected after I reached out and shared my podcast with her

    Eden is an engineer and has worked in the Tech Industry for almost 10 years. The oldest of six she says she can remember always working, selling things or helping her mother build their home.  Originally from Venezuela she now lives in CA. with her husband and their two-year old son; before settling into the west coast USA she was fortunate to travel to, visit, and live in other countries, experiencing many cultures across the globe.  Being an explorer of Life and having many unique experiences has offered her perspective and the ability to create a life of alignment that works.

    She says “I’m passionate about living in harmony with earth. In remembering our true nature and going back to what is really and truly empowering and liberating for our souls. I believe freedom and joy are the pillars of a happy life, and that it is our responsibility to find the way to honor that for ourselves.”

    This podcast was created with the intention to serve those of you out there dealing with stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. My aim is to provide inspiration, (pun definitely intended) a voice to you the people, and simple tools to have you master your health and well-being; returning back to you your truth freedom and power with your own experience being the metric.

    I think it’s important that I share with you my context. From my perspective we are at every moment bathing in our most precious resource, the air. How long can you hold your breath for? And what about water, this most unique substance without which life would not exist, falls freely from the sky and bubbles up from within the earth fortified with nutrients and minerals. And, our most joyously shared pleasure, our food, sprouts forth from the ground and literally grows on trees in infinitudes of form and flavor. In my opinion we are living in a paradise. So I’m curious, what’s missing that has so many of us so stressed and anxious?
