The For Me Podcast is the podcast made for me, but if you're listening, for you. This platform is another place to have deeper conversations for myself, a place of self-discovery and self-reflection. I will talk about life and what it's like For Me... but, if you listen closely as I try to figure out life, you may find something you've been looking for in yourself, too. My goal is to grow and to always be honest with myself and with you. You are all my accountability partners. I also want to offer my listening ear and my lessons to you. That's what this is for me.. what will it be for you?

Episode 4 - Talk To Me....

    Hafa Adai!
I'm back and I have LOTS to say. Buckle up, buttercups. We're going on trip in our favorite podcast ship.
I've been learning a lot during my time away from the podcast, but I haven't taken the time to actually reflect on what's been going on in my life. In this episode I take the opportunity to do just that... reflect. I forgot how therapeutic this is!
Like I said, though... I have a LOT to say. So get comfy, put your listening ears on, and lets get to it!

    Episode 3 - What's Next, For Me?

Hafa Adai! The last couple weeks were tough for me, mentally. I felt a way that I've felt hundreds of times before... I felt complacent. I was anxious to move on to the next stage of my life, even though I just started this one!

In this episode I explore the possible reasons for feeling this way, how I worked through it, and what I want to work on as a result of these feelings.

Episode 1 - Time, For Me

Episode 1 - Time, For Me

Welcome to the very first episode of the For Me, Podcast. The podcast made for me, but if you're listening, for you.

In the past year I have learned and grown so much through little conversations with myself. I found that my mental health improved, I was changing, and experiencing this new found sense of self-love. I was listening to me, for once. I hope to use this platform to track my growth and to have something to look back on as I change and create the person that I want to be, for me.

I also hope to help anyone who might be growing through the same things. You are not alone, and I hope that as you listen to me trying to help myself, you find something in here for you.
