Smith began a successful career at Campbell, and later transferred over to Villanova. Since the move Smith has put up dynamite numbers and helped lead his team to the playoffs.

Smith is coming off a hot season coming in with over 3,700 passing yards (5th in the FCS) and 32 passing touchdowns. Breylin helped lead his team to the playoffs in 2019 as an 8 seed, and hope to build off the success coming into the 2020 season.
