    S2 EP 16: Scarlett Curtis

    S2 EP 16: Scarlett Curtis

This week in the final episode of Season 2, I chat to the Scarlett Curtis.
To me Scarlett is a fashion icon and is always a ray of sunlight, we have a very honest chat about mental health and how she uses fashion to improve her mood and brighten her day, which I think we could all learn from.

    S2 EP 15: Jo Brand

    S2 EP 15: Jo Brand

This week I chat to comedy legend Jo Brand.
Along with some giggles, they talk about dressing for larger sizes, trying not to be attractive to men and how funny it is that the people who care least about ‘fashion’ often have the most to say about clothes.

    S2 EP 14: Jane Porter

    S2 EP 14: Jane Porter

This week I chat to my sister, Jane. Jane is ultimately my favourite person to talk about clothes. We talk about her gardening wardrobe, our Aunties iconic pieces and moths that chew holes that expose your private parts.

    S2 EP13: Courtney Kemp

    S2 EP13: Courtney Kemp

This week's episode is with writer and showrunner, Courtney Kemp.
Courtney is one of TV's true superheroes. She created the show Power on Starz and is the ultimate Power Woman in a very male-driven industry. I loved chatting to Courtney about how men see red and how she wears green and pink to represent her involvement with the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
I learned a lot from this chat, and you will to. She is BRILLIANT, enjoy!

Dear Dawn: How do I not look like a frump in all these winter layers?

On this weeks bonus episode I advise on how to be cozy but not frumpy. And how to 'flop a boobie' anywhere and breastfeed your baby in style.  If you want to ask a style Dear Dawn, head over to my patreon.

    S2 E12: Grace Dent

    S2 E12: Grace Dent

In this episode, I chat to Grace about power dressing, her love of Kim Kardashian, how exhausting it is to be the centre of attention, and how it makes you sound like a massive dick to even say that. Be warned, I LOVE grace, and this interview could have lasted for days.

Purrrrrrrfect

I cycle to work where I offer counselling support to at risk teenagers and I have very specific needs, in terms of my listening. In the morning, it's classical music and the musings of Marty Whelan on lyric fm (RTÉ radio) and on the way home, it's this. I love it. It's entertaining, fun and it makes me think about my wardrobe. As a potential hoarder (it's in my DNA), I need something like this to convince me to "let it go" .... even if I think it's for me ... because these people really know their style! That doesn't mean that it's for clothes snobs, rather it makes me think "but is this piece good for me? Is it the 'taker' in our relationship? Shouldn't we be equal recipients? Is this the gift that keeps on giving?" Also I like the recommendations of ethically sourced clothing, up-cycling etc. Dawn is so easy to listen to and sounds very happy which makes her really enjoyable to engage with. I highly recommend this podcast.
