In preparation of the new league year, the NFL decided to dominate the sports news cycle. High profile trades from Russell Wilson to Khalil Mack have teams looking much differently now then they did just a month ago. Here's hoping its a taste of things to come as free agency approaches.

Congratulations to the Los Angeles Rams for beating the Cincinnati Bengals 23-20 for their second Super Bowl victory in franchise history! Ethan goes quarter by quarter to discuss highlight reel plays (like Joe Mixon's touchdown pass to Tee Higgins in the 2nd quarter) and big time performances by the best players (like Aaron Donald getting to Joe Burrow on the final play of the Bengals season). At the end, Ethan discusses the plan moving forward with the podcast as the NFL descends into the darkness of the offseason.
