    A Warning from Hades

    A Warning from Hades

Closing Thought- Takeaways from the rich man and Lazarus- Superior riches are the eternal riches in heaven, not the riches of this world. Hell is a place of eternal torment without any relief. Once we have breathed our last on earth, we are headed to heaven or hell, never to be able to cross the chasm in between. The Word of God is sufficient to have one to believe, nothing else is needed. Repentance is a moral issue, not an intellectual one.

    Scoffers Gonna Scoff

    Scoffers Gonna Scoff

Closing Thought- Scoffers gonna scoff-.and go to hell- Let us not be scoffers.

You Cannot Serve God and Worldly Riches

You Cannot Serve God and Worldly Riches

Closing Thought- No servant can serve to masters. You cannot serve God and worldly wealth. FULL STOP-

    Parable of the Forgiving Father

    Parable of the Forgiving Father

Closing Thought- The Parable of the prodigal son would better be known as the Parable of the loving Father, as its main point is the great joy God has in welcoming His wayward children home. This parable also highlights the hardness of heart of those self-righteous religionists who see not their need for forgiveness from the Father, who trust in their own works for their eternal reward and despise God's mercy toward vile sinners. Praise God that we have ears to hear, and the grace necessary to have our minds renewed and our lives transformed.

    The Cause of Heavenly Joy

    The Cause of Heavenly Joy

Closing Thought- We, like Jesus, will seek and save the lost with the Gospel and a call to repentance. When sinners repent and believe, let us rejoice with Brethren and with the heavenly hosts. We mustn't be indifferent toward sinners, nor dispassionate when they repent and believe, lest we be like the Pharisees.

    Jesus is for Sinners

    Jesus is for Sinners

Final Thought- The tax collectors and sinners were drawing near to hear Jesus because He came to save sinners. The Pharisees and scribes murmured and grumbled because they were righteous and had no need for -This Man's- salvation or repentance. This man, the Son of God who came down from heaven, has come for sinners like you and me. Will you come to Him in repentance-- Will you see Him there on that tree as crucified for you--
