Season 4, Episode 7: Community, the Life Color Theory, a Meaningful Life
Colin interviews Matt Davis, a fellow Graduate Assistant in the CSW, and the two discuss Matt's "Life Color Theory." Matt dubbed this theory back in 2019 when he gave a TedX talk at BC on what a meaningful life is. Give a listen as Matt essentially gives his Ted Talk for the first 30 minutes of this episode, before Colin and Matt dive into a discussion and offer some reflections.

Season 4, Ep. 6: The Therapeutic Relationship, Grief Support, Campus Ministry
Colin speaks with Rick Rossi, LICSW, a clinical pastoral counselor and campus minister at BC, and the two discuss the phrase "all healing occurs in the context of relationships." Rick describes the work he does in campus min such as the various grief support groups he oversees, and his clinical work as a pastoral counselor. Colin and Rick discuss the therapeutic relationship at length - the relationship that exists between the therapist/person in the helping role, and the client/person receiving services.

Colin interviews Drew - a student at Boston College who went through a period of his life where he did not have a cell phone for two months, and then he had a flip phone for a month. Join us as Drew shares his experience of what it was like to live without a phone and with a flip phone, and what being unplugged did for his mental state and his relationships. Drew also shares what it was like to go back to having an iPhone after months of not having one.
