If you have a desire to succeed in business, willing to commit to the person staring back at you in the mirror, and willing to give your best without hesitation win, lose, or draw then you came to the right place.

Hi, my name is Dewong Lucas, Sr. and I’ve been Helping Entrepreneurs since I opened my first business in 1989. It was a computer repair company. Since then I have owned, partnered, consulted and invested in many companies in various industries. The reason I’m so passionate about seeing individuals succeed is because of the many road blocks, misinformation, negative influences and lack of resources I had to deal with before and sometimes during my years in business.

If you’ll notice, in the most successful areas of your life (reading, writing, talking, walking, or even eating) there was a person or people there to guide, assist, coach, direct, correct and help you succeed. That’s the purpose of Helping Entrepreneurs. I’m here to assist, coach, direct, correct and help you succeed. It doesn’t matter if it’s two days or two decades in business everyone can use help.

Helping Entrepreneurs Entrepreneurial Secret #12 - Every Plan Works Perfect on Paper

Being an entrepreneur is like being a professional athlete or a coach for a professional team. Once all the assets are in place, you need a game plan or several plans to win. In professional sports you may have a play-book containing all the strategies necessary to win. It includes what each position (not person) will be doing once the play is in motion.

In business, this play-book is usually the business plan. It contains all the plans (theories) that the entrepreneur put down to direct his/her actions towards success. Like sports the plan works every time on paper. Again like in sports when it’s tested in the real world the results are not exactly as planned.

PowerPack- The Narrow Road of The Entrepreneur - Why Knowledge and Skill are Not Enough

Many people look at being an entrepreneur like driving up a narrow dirt road on the side of a steep mountain. The loose dirt road is barely wide enough for all the tires to fit and each turn is filled with unknown dangers and low visibility. The possibility of oncoming traffic forcing you off the road down a thousand foot cliff to your death is a constant thought. If you are not feeling uncertain, uncomfortable, or pressure occasionally; you’re not growing and playing it too safe. This is part of being an entrepreneur. Nothing guaranteed except a chance to win.

PowerPack- The Chicken Came First! - How To Remove FEAR and Recognize it in Others

PowerPack- Chicken Came First! - How To Remove FEAR and Recognize it in Others. The answer to the age old question “Which can first? The chicken or the Egg?” is the chicken came first. Why do I believe this? I have spent over two decades studying people and observing life. I have discovered that you'll always have the chicken before the egg. The chicken is the FEAR expressed in the form of negative activities, feelings and thoughts that prevents us from being productive and doing the things we are born to do. That is to Express Greatness and Goodness (E.G.G.), our egg.

Discover the Four types of chickens, which one you may be and recognize them in those around you.
