    Promising Performances

The Premier League got back under way this weekend, with Mauricio Pochettino & Ange Postecoglou in new surroundings.

Tommy was at Burnley v Man City on Friday, and then Chelsea v Liverpool on Sunday. He takes us through what he saw in both matches, and how proud he was to see Josh Cullen captain the clarets in the season opener.

We discuss the addition of Moises Caicedo to this Chelsea team, and the fees Todd Boehly has been paying out since he arrived.

Sam was pleased with what he saw from his newly styled Spurs, including a standout performance from Yves Bissouma.

Alex is very happy with Ipswich’s start to life back in the Championship, but he’s not getting carried away…yet.

Sam finishes the episode by hosting the new season of Forgotten Footballer, but it’s safe to say Tommy & Alex haven’t trained hard enough in pre season!
