Heidi Montag calls in the lawyers over Spencer Pratt's plan to write tell-all book about their marriage

The Hills star Heidi Montag is threatening legal action over Spencer Pratt's plans to write a tell-all book about their relationship.

Montag, 23, is furious with Pratt for saying he is going to write a book about their private life.

Heidi told entertainment site TMZ: 'This is exactly why I left him, right now I'm looking into my legal options.'

Spencer, 27, earlier revealed he will open up about his failed marriage with the reality star and her relationship with her mother, Darlene Egelhoff, in the book.

He told Us Magazine: 'My last book, How to be Famous, didn't make the New York Times best-seller list because it was in the self-help section.

'This one will be totally different, I'm not holding anything back.'

The pair are expected to be officially divorced on Valentine's day 2011.

New York "Victory Mosque" to begin work on September 11, 2011

New York "Victory Mosque" to begin work on September 11, 2011

The Mosque in New York debate that is currently going on changes every day. A few days ago there were huge numbers of people defending it, including Muslims, politicians and regular New Yorkers, as well as family members of people who died during 9/11. The main defence was that it showed America’s forgiving side, and displayed their freedom of religion banner to the whole world. People like me, who viewed it as provocation towards Americans, were laughed at, told that it wasn’t provocation because it was something that was legal. Today I read that the work is due to begin in 2011. September 11, 2011. The tenth anniversary of 9/11. If that isn’t provocation, I don’t know what is.

Dr. Laura to End Show Amid N-Word Flap

Dr. Laura Schlessinger, the talk show host who recently apologized for saying the N-word 11 times to a caller on the air, said Tuesday she plans to give up her radio show when her contract is up at the end of this year.

The conservative advice maven made the announcement on CNN's "Larry King Live," saying she wants to "regain her First Amendment rights."

Schlessinger said she's not retiring or quitting. Instead, she said, she feels stronger and freer to say what she believes needs to be said.

"I want to be able to say what's on my mind and in my heart and what I think is helpful and useful without somebody getting angry -- some special interest group deciding this is a time to silence a voice of dissent and attack affiliates and sponsors," she said.
