    Healing in Nature

In this episode, we share our favorite places to unwind, and the science behind the benefits of forest bathing, the ocean, and sunshine. We also talk about how our relationship with nature has evolved and how we approach hiking to be more focused on our mental health.
    Our three tips this episode:
    1) Don't rush your mental health hike. Take your time to tune into your five senses and take in all of your environment.
    2) Even just spending a short amount of time outside on a sunny day can vastly improve your mood.
    3) Learning about the health benefits of nature can help you gain a greater appreciation for the outdoors and our environment.

Our intro and outro were produced by Edgar Ybarra (edgarybarra.com). This episode was originally recorded on IGTV Live on Jan 21, 2021.
