The hardest person you will ever lead is the one looking back at you in the mirror every morning. if you can lead that person, you can lead just about anyone. Discipline is difficult to dominate. The better you become at being the example, the more value and credibility you bring to the table and the more likely it will be for others to want to follow you because you are the real deal.

Would you say your church is growing, declining, or stagnant? Seriously, it’s a valid question. Sobering, but valid. Most organizations unfortunately don’t have a measurable system for defining what success looks like. So, in effect, we keep doing the same things we’ve been doing, expecting different results, all while wondering why our church or business isn’t growing.
