Man Up‪!‬ Joe Stopulos

My good friend Taylor Bennett joins the show to discuss a new program he is helping to launch in Des Moines called "Catholic in Recovery". After his own personal experiences with addiction, he is helping others to break the cycle in their own lives.

As we wrap up the series on Health and Fitness, coincidentally, I just finished reading the book "Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity" by Dr. Peter Attia, and I think it is the perfect summation of the concepts discussed in the past four episodes.

Adam VanErsvelde is the strength & conditioning coach at Dowling Catholic High School. In addition to being an all-around awesome guy, he helps people everyday to live healthier lives and achieve their fitness goals. He joins me as we finish up our interview series on Health and Fitness.

Jay Freiermuth is a good friend and colleague of mine at Holmes Murphy. In addition to being an all-around great guy, he also loves to help people to live healthier lives and reach their fitness goals.

Joe Teeling, in addition to being the founder of Iowa Catholic Radio, is a man who has always had a passion for helping people to live healthy lives. He joins me today as we continue in our series on health and fitness.

As we enter into Holy Week, let us enter fully into the passion, death and resurrection of our Lord by participating in many of the beautiful prayers and customs the Church gives to us for these days.
