Paddy focuses his practice on commercial contracts and distribution arrangements. Paddy qualified in August 2009 and now often leads on large scale commercial contracting projects including large scale outsourcings for both the private and public sector, remodelling of distribution systems, supply chain arrangements and management of business resources including IT capabilities and IP licensing requirements.

Additionally, a number of Paddys clients operate within the manufacturing sector and he regularly provides advice relating to multi-jurisdictional contracts, including servitization, cloud computing and the Internet of Things.
