Great potential wasted

I enjoyed most of the first season but unfortunately have to give it only 3 stars for two reasons:
1: lengthy interview with a psychic with no mention of how harmful people like her are to the investigations nor how emotionally damaging their "predictions" can be for the families of missing people.
2. The grand finale - last 2 part episode, was extremely disappointing. The unpreparedness of the author (and no mention of how was his "team of experts" actually tracking him) made this a very disappointing "finale".
The idea was great and had lots of potential but I feel that they wasted a great opportunity for a memorable show.
