The Five Love Languages
On this episode we discuss “The Five Love Languages”, a book authored by Gary Chapman. The idea of Gary’s book is that everyone has a primary love language in which we best receive and give love. The languages include quality time, words of affirmation, acts of service, gift giving and physical touch. Learning our partner’s and kid’s language will help us to better express our love to them.

After learning her son had a condition known as “leaky gut”, Kendra had to rethink the way she looked at food.
