Great for long walks and cocooning!!

I subscribed when this podcast was first advertised in Sunday Times but only just started listening today as we are staying indoors a lot...and only going for short walks alone... it’s the ideal companion. I am a 49 year old female but feel much younger. Love the tone and humour... you both could carry off standup comedy show. And I like your openness honesty, skillful interviews, interesting guests and real advice. I don’t have kids but like hearing about their issues and how parents resolve. Looking forward to next series! Well done!!

The joy of finding a great podcast just when you need it

When I was first introduced to this podcast I was worried about my health and how I was feeling as a 48 year old. I felt so different from my old self and I didn’t quite know what was going on. I don’t have many friends going through peri menopause as intensely as I am so when I listened to all of your amazing guests and your lovely selves I took a big sigh of relief that I was not alone and what was happening to me was normal at mid life and there is help available should I need it. You are now my pals on my early morning walks and I look forward to every new episode. Thank you Trish and Lorraine for brightened and enlightening my mid life journey.
