For a year or so, I was part of a 5 member men's group. On our last meeting, one of the members commented that Jesus committed suicide. That was the second time I had heard that comment. So, I decided to address this in this episode.

The volume on the original recording for this episode was way too low. So, I remixed it. Much better. 

What is liturgy? Coming from an Episcopalian/Baptist/Evangelical/Charismatic background, I was unfamiliar with Sacred Liturgy (commonly called "Mass"). I talk about RCIA, the Liturgy of the Word, being dismissed half way through Mass, and my process of being able to fully participate in the Liturgy with the rest of the church.

In Part 2 I talk about my own musings about Time, St. Augustine of Hippo's thoughts on time, and St. Thomas Aquinas' thoughts on the Eucharistic Sacrifice. I use the Catechism of the Catholic Church to talk about time, and look at some Bible passages that talk about how the sacrifice of Christ on the Cross at Calvary can be timeless. I hope I provide food for thought.
