Musically challenged- stressed out
In this episode, as a musically challenged person, I talk about Twenty one pilots and the lyrics and artistry that speaks to me- I find the way that they express themselves is what inspires me in my own writing so I'm just sharing the emotion I get from this. This episode is about the overplayed song, stressed out. Disclaimer: You do not need to be fan to listen to this, it's just a new perspective that I hope you find interesting and entertaining! Follow me @Mylifelinerose on Twitter, Instagram and WordPress and stay up to date with each new episode and also share any feedback you may have! Musically challenged but enthusiastic to discuss the art of it.

Years in a Dozen
It's the 12th year anniversary of living in the UK! And I wrote a poem about it- I explore the idea of what home is, because sometimes what you think is home and what I think is home is different. So tune in and you can read this poem on my blog @My lifeline rose and also follow me in Twitter and Instagram @mylifelinerose

White silence is what?
Today's episode I talk about "why I'm no longer talking to white people about race" by Renni Eddo-Lodge discussing the reasons why I read the book and giving a summary of what it's all about and how intriguing it is. If you were wondering if you should read it, as white person, I hope this podcast encourages you to do just that! Reading books by black authors is just a small a step in our journey of being truely anti racist, so if you have the time to read it then do it! Disclaimer: I am not an expert, just sharing something I feel passionately about, if your unsure about something I encourage you to research it or send me a question.

Poem over Spilled Water
In today's episode I share with you two poems I wrote after I Spilled some water 'poem over Spilled water' and 'anxiety'. I talk about those negatives thoughts and anxiety that seem to stem from no where and how the process of writing provided a coping mechanism and inspiration for this podcast. So stick around!
