Never Train A Sore Muscle! (FITNESS ADVICE!) 

For today's Fitness Advice episode I talk about why you should never train a sore muscle.  I take the time to explain the reasons why you should never workout a sore muscle and give examples of where this the most common.  I also explain how muscle soreness can last several days when someone is first starting out (or on a brand new program) but will eventually last a day or two making it easy to get multiple workouts in each week.
